Booking Fee:
All deposits are non-refundable. A booking fee of £100 will be charged at the time of booking your event. This fee will be deducted in full from the total price.
Payments:
Total payment should be made to GNH Photography no less than 30 days before the date of the event. Any additional images ordered should be paid for at the time of ordering.
Image release:
The client and/or models by signing this contract herby give GNH Photography permission to use any and all images in our advertising, studio, literature, portfolio (including internet portfolio & galleries) and/or event exhibitions.
Licence:
GNH Photography will at all times attempt to capture all of the images requested. However due to certain conditions such as the willingness of subjects, inclement weather, bad light it may become necessary for GNH Photography to improvise in this regard. GNH Photography reserve the right of judgement in this regard and the decision of our photographer shall be deemed final in all cases. GNH Photography cannot guarantee that everything will be recorded, we will however endeavour to capture as much of what is relevant to your event as possible.
Liability:
In the unlikely event of total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstance the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or inconsequential loss.
Copyright:
All images printed and /or digital file, and/or derivations thereof shall remain the property of GNH Photography. Unlicensed reproduction in anyway shape or form is strictly prohibited.
